Our Story
Maybel Grace was born from a simple desire — to create something meaningful that could be loved, used, and passed down.
It all began when I made my very first quilt for my Mawmaw. I enjoyed the process so deeply that I went on to make one for my momma, and in those early stitches I realized I wasn’t just creating quilts — I was continuing a family tradition rooted in care, craftsmanship, and intention.
Passing things down has always been a part of my life. My momma raised me with the belief that the most special things are not the newest, but the ones made with love and preserved with purpose. One of my most cherished heirlooms is a Christmas tree she made using brooches from her grandmother and great-grandmother. Each piece carries history, memory, and devotion — and it became a lasting reminder that the things we make today can become tomorrow’s treasures.

That same legacy lives on in our family. Each of our four children carries a name passed down from a loved one — a quiet honoring of the generations that came before us. This idea of legacy is woven into every part of Maybel Grace.
The name Maybel Grace tells that story.
May comes from “Maddy May,” the name my mom always called my oldest daughter.
Bel is short for Belinda — my Mawmaw’s name and youngest daughters.
Grace is my daughter Lilly’s middle name and reflects the faith that gently weaves through everything I create.
While the name reflects my daughters, my son Samuel Dean is just as much a part of the heart behind Maybel Grace. His name, passed down from my father and great-grandfather, reminds me to create pieces that feel welcoming, practical, and meaningful for everyone — women, men, children, and the homes we share together.
I am an Army veteran, an Army wife, and a homeschooling momma to four. This season of life has shaped how I create — thoughtfully, intentionally, and with care for the everyday moments that matter most.
Every piece you see here is thoughtfully handmade by me, from start to finish. There is no mass production, no outsourcing, and no manufacturing — just careful hands, quality materials, and time spent creating each item one at a time. Because of this, no two pieces are ever exactly alike. Each stitch, fold, and detail carries its own quiet uniqueness, making every piece truly one of a kind.
At Maybel Grace, my hope is that what you find here becomes part of your home, your story, and perhaps even something passed down to the next generation.

Thank you for being here.
